For pre-orders, please note that items will be shipped once they are in stock. Delivery times may vary accordingly.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and IDEAL. Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping is available for orders over €20 within the Netherlands. For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination country.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

If offered, memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months.
After this period, you may cancel your membership by emailing us at info@u210018p450771.web0169.zxcs-klant.nl.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Orders for physical products may be canceled within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellations after this period will not be accepted.
For pre-orders, cancellation is only possible if the item has not yet shipped.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm or disrupt our services or the experience of other users.
